OF DIY - SAVE ON THE COST OF BEEF - CUT YOUR OWN SUBPRIMALS
Cut
your own beef and save a bundle. "Subprimals" are large sections of beek that you can cut
yourself into much smaller portions.
Ask
your butcher how to cut boneless subprimals into smaller sections that you can store and
freeze.
