28.0 PHOTOGRAPH REPAIR PROBLEM - DO-IT-YOURSELF - DIY TIPS
Have
you ever been in the middle of a home repair job when you realized you needed a part or
perhaps some advice? However, when you arrived at the hardware store, you were unable to
describe the problem.
Instead
of trying to explain, take a picture. A picture is worth a thousand words. Use a Polaroid
camera to take a photo of the section of plumbing (for example) you were trying to fix.
Also take some measurements, such as the width of the pipe. Armed with this information a
hardware clerk should be able to help you find the right parts, tools, or patching
material.
A
Polaroid also works for car repair, carpentry, and a host of other things.
