Buying information: Pulleys come in standard sizes. Just show the existing pulley to the hardware store dealer to get a replacement.
How-to hints: Again, use locking pliers to hold the door up as you remove the pulley (it's held on by a nut and bolt). If both pulleys need replacing, do the entire operation first on one side, then on the other.
