CUBE TAP

Description: This is a cubelike piece of plastic or rubber with three outlets -- two on the sides and one on the top -- and prongs for plugging in.

Buying information: It accepts up to three nongrounded cords. As with any tap, it is appropriate when you have to plug in several low amperage devices whose total demand doesn't exceed the electrical capacity of the circuit being tapped.
